The Regional Investment Center of Fez-Meknes Launches a Call for Expressions of Interest for Industrial Projects in Taza

The Regional Investment Center of Fez-Meknes has announced the launch of a call for expressions of interest aimed at mobilizing investors to carry out industrial projects.
The Center explained that this call, launched in collaboration with the Fez-Meknes Urban Development Company, is intended to select investors who will undertake industrial investment projects on a number of plots of land in the industrial zone of the city of Taza, part of the Taza municipality.
This investment program aims to encourage investment in the Taza region and provide a suitable space for investors’ projects, with high-quality conditions and competitive prices, as well as contributing to the development of industrial activities that generate job opportunities.
This initiative, which includes the sale of 11 plots of land in the city’s industrial zone, is part of an ambitious strategy to leverage the region’s potential and encourage investment.
This initiative aims to support local economic development by stimulating job creation and enhancing the region’s appeal to national and international investors.
By providing these developed plots, Al Omran Fès-Meknès, the Fès-Meknès Regional Investment Center, and their partners seek to support innovative projects with a strong social and economic impact.
The same source also explained that investors who choose to establish themselves in this region will benefit not only from the infrastructure necessary for their activities but also from a conducive environment that fosters integration and cooperation among various economic actors.
According to the same source, this opportunity represents a key milestone in the economic transformation of the Taza region, given the positive impacts it will generate for the local population, particularly in terms of employment and skills development.
It should be noted that the city of Taza enjoys a privileged geographical location at the intersection of several strategic corridors, which facilitates trade and logistics activities
