Comoros Federation ends cooperation with coach Stefano Cuzin

In an official statement issued on March 1, the Comoros Football Federation announced the end of its collaboration with national coach Stefano Cosenza, effective March 1, 2026, after his contract expired at the end of February and no agreement was reached to renew it.
The 57-year-old Italian coach took over the Comoros national team in October 2023, succeeding coach Younes Zardouk, and spent more than two years at the helm of the Selacanths.
This decision comes as part of the federation's review of the team's performance during the last phase, in preparation for turning a new page in terms of technical leadership in anticipation of upcoming events.
